Beta privacy notice / إشعار الخصوصية

English

For beta testing, Loadat collects submitted registration details, business/company information, role, email, login credentials in one-way password-hash form, load/order transactions, uploaded proof files and service audit events. Authorized Loadat staff access records based on assigned roles. Banking details are intended to be entered only into hosted payment-provider onboarding; Loadat stores payment-provider account identifiers and onboarding status, not raw bank routing/account numbers. If enabled by the administrator, an AI service may process minimized freight fields to draft operational text. Real-time GPS is not active in this beta. Do not enter real sensitive freight or financial data before production security reviews.
